Title: To be Arranged
lectured by Feng Jin Kai, the former CEO of Beijing Shijinshan Amusement Park
Venue: China Import & Export Fair Complex Conference Room (opposite to Hall10.1)
Summary of the Session 1:
The magnitude of cost and schedule problems on an Entertainment project are often dramatic. While it is rare for a bridge, school or office building to over-run its time and/or budget by more than 10 or 20%, it is not unusual at all for an Entertainment project to exceed its schedule and/or budget by 40%, 50% or 60%. Unless you employ the means and methods that a handful of world-class Entertainment companies do, your Entertainment project is very likely going to be one of these disaster stories.
